We are honoured to be entrusted with your care. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a comprehensive, medically guided consultation and personalized treatment plan. Kindly see our policies below:

đź’ł Appointment Policy: To secure your booking, a $100 non-refundable consultation fee is required at the time of scheduling. This consultation fee will be applied toward your treatment balance.

⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly require 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

⏱️ Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in a forfeited deposit and may require rescheduling to ensure patient safety and maintain clinical standards.

đź©ş New Patients: All new patients are required to book an Initial Consultation prior to any treatment appointment. Please do not book directly into a treatment. New patients who book directly into treatment services will have their appointment cancelled. All treatments proceed only after a thorough medical assessment to determine candidacy, safety, and appropriateness. Not all patients are suitable candidates for all treatments.

Catherine Cho

Catherine is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong passion for aesthetic medicine. She completed her Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2021 and has since integrated her clinical expertise with specialized training in medical aesthetics. Catherine’s approach focuses on achieving natural, balanced results through facial harmonization techniques using dermal fillers and neuromodulators. Whether clients are looking for subtle refinement or more noticeable enhancements, she develops personalized treatment plans that support each individual’s unique features and aesthetic goals. In addition to her aesthetic practice, Catherine works as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care clinic, with previous experience at TELUS Virtual Health and the Urgent Care Centre. She is also a faculty instructor in the nursing program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Prior to becoming an NP, Catherine spent several years working in Emergency Nursing, developing strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care skills. Her approach blends clinical precision with a deep understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic harmony.
